Two Small Updates

If you are viewing the forum, yet not logged in, there will be a message saying: "Please log in or register. We hope to see you and your work!" I have also updated the Favicon. It's now a small doughnut.

The categories are now fixed
The Reputation system now works.
Warning works, sort of.(Admins only)

There's also a big block at the top of the home page that says, "THE RULES CAN BE FOUND HERE: https://customspritingforum.forumotion.com/updates-f7/rules-t5.htm"

Wut? I made the warning system... I saw two other ones on there, deleted them, then made this one. BUT YOU SHOWED ME HOW TO SO YEAH YOU DID IT!
